The goal of the program is twofold:
- On the one hand you learn to motivate and train yourself to follow a successful program of 40/90 days of yoga, meditation and self coaching so you can take steps forward in life.
- On the other hand you will learn specific coaching skills and techniques & yoga and meditation practices. You will also learn how to coach others so they will create and maintain a daily practice. and live their full potential by helping them with physical, emotional and mental barriers.
